The client wanted a self-contained 2 bedroomed home/ apartment for his daughter and grandson so they could live close. He also wanted a nice large garage for himself.
Process
Needed resource consent because it was in a large flood plain and being so close to the coast we had to allow for coastal inundation in case of a Tsunami. We also had to come up with the correct floor level.
Result
A wonderful bright and light space for client’s daughter and grandson. The deck gets sun nearly all day. But best of all family is nearby.
