Process
- Needed resource consent to build right on the boundary and infringe on the height in relation to boundary standards.
- Neighbours consented so our town planner submitted the plans and permission was granted.
Result
- Designed and built a beautiful bespoke Loft that features a full-height atrium in the downstairs living space, exposed rafters and a large Loft bedroom and ensuite upstairs
- The end result is a superb Loft that fulfilled all the clients’ requirements.
