The clients desired to start building a property portfolio. Where better than on land already owned! They wanted an Investment property for income, plus a good-sized garage with workshop and second bathroom downstairs.
Process
We had to design a bespoke sloping roofline to be creative and to comply with height in relation to boundary AUP specifications.
They also now have from upstairs a great view over the Manukau Harbour.
