The Brief
Don and Joanne needed more living space for their growing family and a double garage
The girls wanted their own living space and with other family members often visiting from overseas they approached us to come up with a solution
The Project Details
Process
Needed resource consent to build right on the boundary and infringe on the height in relation to boundary standards.
Neighbours consented so our town planner submitted the plans and permission was granted.
Result
Designed and built a beautiful bespoke Loft that features a full-height atrium in the downstairs living space, exposed rafters and a large Loft bedroom and ensuite upstairs
.The end result is a superb Loft that fulfilled all the clients’ requirements.
Don and Joanne's attention to the finishing details has made this one of our finest projects to date.
