Process

We had to design a bespoke sloping roofline to be creative and to comply with height in relation to boundary AUP specifications.

They also now have from upstairs a great view over the Manukau Harbour.

Result

They have a nice self-contained two bedroomed apartment upstairs, with downstairs a workshop, separate laundry and 2nd toilet .

This could also be sold as a 3 bedroomed house as it is also sub-dividable.
