The day your build physically starts is always exciting and things become very real, very fast.
Construction can be an intrusive process if not managed efficiently, and having tradesmen onsite everyday for weeks on end can quickly become frustrating and stressful.
Trucks, diggers, builders, contractors, engineers will be coming and going everyday as well as deliveries for materials and other building site requirements like portaloo, rubbish skip, fencing and signage.
We have well developed relationships with teams of trusted, reliable and experienced tradesmen. They are used to working to our systems and with each other to consistently provide high-quality and timely outcomes.
What you should know
Questions to ask before committing to your building partner….
Who will be in charge on my site everyday, who are the main and second points of contact?
What is the work programme and expected working hours?
What are the rules regarding loud music, dogs, smoking, and site cleanliness?
How about health and safety standards, will there be safety fencing? And a portaloo? Where? How often cleaned?
What happens if we want to make changes during the build?
