The young family were living with their mother and wanted to build on-site a new home for themselves.
The Project Details
Process
It was a very small tight area to build in where the existing garage was. The client wanted to build a two storey house. We created a bespoke roof line to comply with the height in relation to boundary AUP guidelines, in order to avoid having to get resource consent.
Result
A delightful . Small first home. It is also has the benefit of being sub-dividable, in the future if itβs required.
